My first review wasn't completed...****** and ***** were excellent. Great attention to detail. They answered all questions (even the ones I didn't ask) it was a pleasure to do business with them. I would request them, if I have more work done!

Very professional and careful install. Both ***** at NewPro and the accompanying plumber were very nice and knowledgeable.
Amazing company from my sales lady ***** to the plumber to my installer! My installer was here for 2 days worked the entire time very professional respectful his attention to detail was impeccable cleaning constantly I think my house was cleaner when he left than when he got here! Absolutely love my shower the schedule girls for install were amazing too I rescheduled 3 times and they were happy to do so.
****** and ***** installed our kitchen window for us. They were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and gave us a 30 minute heads up that they were on the way. They cleaned up after they were all done and showed us how to operate the window and remove the screens. They also removed the paper and cleaned the windows that were installed on a previous visit by NewPro. We also had an accident with a storm door that was previously installed. My Newpro installer, ****** was extremely conscientious. He was always on time, incredibly hard working and had a strong attention to detail. He always took the time to answer any questions I had about the project. ******* knowledge and skill are a credit to him. Thank you for a great install!
The installers were great. Fast, friendly, courteous. They reviewed thier plan of work, kept us informed of every stage of install, answered questions,checked and double checked for install accuracy and made sure we were involved and happy with placement of grab bars, shower height,etc.
We started the process of replacement windows June 2021. They were installed in Oct 2021 and out of all of them, there were only 2 that didnt have nicks, scratches/cracks in the glass, dents. When asked about these defects, the installer said its easy to bang the window coming in and dent it, or cut it when unpacking. ***** came and quickly fixed my door issue and made sure whole door was functioning properly and all screws tightened before leaving. Very happy with his service. Thank you!
