I bought an $11,000 shower install from *********************** at ****** Home Improvement last June !7th 2022. The installer, ******** did a fantastic job!! The bathroom came out great and he kept me involved and informed as he went. He did great work and cleaned up afterwards and walked me through everything that needed to be done. Communication was what left me disappointed. They called and planned a day for us to have our new bathroom installed, then no one showed up. I ended up wasting a day off of work waiting for them, then had to reschedule for a Saturday. We had *** for a shower install. He was friendly and a hard worker. Great communication throughout the process. It was so wonderful to have this work done in one day!

Technician was polite and explained what he was going to do and what he had done when he finished. He was there to finish the job by installing the shower doors. It looks great and I am very happy with how it turned out.
Great job love the look guys were polite friendly and professional would recommend them to friends
