I had one issue and Newpro came right out and it was a simple fix. Human error when installing one window. Had 5 windows total replaced in my home. High end windows and friendly, fast service. Thank you Newpro.
Great easy install. Showed up earlier than planned. They made sure to take their time with the install and ask every step of the way if everything is going good. Would definitely use NEWPRO again.
Did a good job with the new shower installation. **** was very good.
We had our bath/shower installed by NewPro in 2018. I called on a Wednesday to inquire about a warranty as the shower wasn't turning all the way on. They set up an appointment for that Friday morning. They called ahead, arrived on time, and we're very professional and courteous. They had the problem fixed in under 30 minutes, cleaned up after themselves and explained everything to me. A+ service.
Superb service!! From the sales associate to the installer and NewPro personnel, we cant believe how satisfied we are with our choice to use NewPro. We had many competitors come to the house and how grateful and happy when we chose NewPro. The sales associate didnt treat this as a used car transaction and try to sell us something we didnt want. I replaced all I replaced all of the windows in my home earlier this year. The install took 3 days. The crew was polite and cleaned up their mess when they were done. However there was a mistake with one of the windows, the grids that were ordered were not the grids that arrived. A new window was ordered and was installed 4 months later without any issues. During the 4 month waiting period 2 of the screens became damaged. The screens were replaced at the same time. The tech that replaced the window and screens was also very ... read more
