I had Newpro send someone out to repair and adjust some windows in my home. ****** called first with an ETA and was promptly there! He was very professional and courteous, showed him the problems and he got right to it. He showed me how my windows worked and how to prevent problems in the future in case any of the windows were not aligning correctly. I had NewPro windows installed several years ago. Recently, while cleaning them one of the windows got off the track. In trying to rectify that I broke one of the fittings along the side of the window. I called NewPro and they scheduled a technician to come out to the house. Yesterday, ****** came and within a few minutes he had it fixed. He took the time to show me how to avoid that happening again in the future. ***** was over to repair a caulking job on my shower. He was very professional, explained the problem and the solution. He suggested (and demonstrated) cleaning products and methods to avoid future problems. He took care not to track anything in the house and cleaned up as if no one was here.Thank you very much for sending *****.

The service from ***** was fantastic and quick. Very professional and helpful understanding how to clean and keep it best working condition. The attitude of his going over each issue was very professional and respectful.

We had to have one of our windows repaired. ******, came out and repaired the window. He was professional and courteous. He called before he came which was a nice plus !
