He did a great job at adding additional weather stripping to our brand new windows to prevent dirt from being blown inside. He also added chalking to the window trim where necessary. Newpro is an awesome brand that stands behind their work and products.

One of the best contractors I have dealt with. They were polite and courteous. They respected my wishes as far as tracking things through my house as I have allergies. I do not have a hatchway so they had to walk through the house but they actually took out the windows through the opening of the windows and passed the new ones through the opening walking less through the house. Hired November 2021, came out to do bathroom remodel (1-day) in March 2022, some of the parts were the wrong color. Was told they would be back to replace with the right color. Since that time, Ive e-mailed, left messages and spoke with someone once. Here we are 2023 and I still have not had this issue taken care of. Very upset with this company. Would not use them again.
