From the initial request to the demo to the install teams, everyone was just fantastic to work with. They were professional, clean and very friendly. ********************* came to my home today (10/17/2022) in regards to the vinyl coating peeling off some of the flashing on the window ***** of 3 windows. He did an excellent job. He is very personable, and came with all he needed to do the repairs which he expertly did. I am very pleased. Besides having a great product Newpro is fortunate to have ************************ like **************** on their staff.

I had a tub to shower conversion done, ******************* did an excellent job. He was very professional and polite, kept everything clean, and made sure I was completely satisfied with the products and installation.
Product was great once it was completed !what was supposed to take two days to install a shower took eight.Newpro tech did a fabulous job. *************************** stayed until the job was completed and clean. The big problem is Newpro contracts out the plumbing!This plumber left after checking on his man doing the job, he never stayed long enough to call the town to inspect the job.He called back 3 days later saying he cant get the town back.Newpro tech couldnt complete the install without plumbing signed off first!Seven... read more
I am giving *****, the technician who came out today to rip out and replace my caulk in my tub the five stars. This is the sixth time my new tub had to be repaired.The technician, ***** was very knowledgeable polite and professional. He took the time to explain the recommended cleaning supplies and confirmed we have been using the recommended items. He answered all our questions. He made the tub area look brand new again.
