Happened to call at a time when they were running a great discount for the service, which was an extra plus. The tech was professional and friendly and did not leave a mess. Would definitely use again.

They service tech Jamal was nice and knowledgeable. It was a little time consuming because they had to order my top chimney part and come visit me multiple times. But any issues I had they came back out to fix for free to honor their service.

Getting in touch was not smooth. Someone texted me after submitting via the app. When it got to scheduling, the other texter dropped off and never replied. When I called that same number a couple days later, the guy who answered told me to call the main office. Tech visited about a week later and cleaned up the fire place for their "level 1" at $150; I was also quoted $225 for their level 2 where a camera is used in the chimney to "aid" the inspection. What do I think about Nature's Own Chimney Cleaning. Not to kindly and was cheated to the tune of $135.31! But he did stop some or all of the leak in the chimney. Did not charge as quoted over the email, $75 inspection - to be deducted from the repair bill ($649). Someone put an additional $135 cleaning charge on my credit card. (Never received the service and DO NOT WANT IT!) High priced (accepted since heavy rains were forecast and damage to ceiling would only get worse.)
