Recently purchased a home and wanted to get it cleaned and inspected. Nature's Own was having a special on two storied homes, so it worked out well. When the guy came to work on the chimney he realized that it was well cleaned already so he dropped the cleaning portion of the bill and we were only charged for the inspection. It saved us an extra $50. We were pleased with the customer service.
