The technician that came out to clean the dryer vent, did a fantastic job. The source of my dryer vent problems was soon discovered to be a birds nest inside the vent. The technician was able to identify the issue and get it cleaned-up thoroughly. The dryer has been working great since then! Would highly recommend them!

They seem to be very experienced. On the second visit, they were informed that I had a deadline for leaving the house, appointment 8-10 am. Showed up at 9;30 making me late to my commitment. As a result I said I would cleam up later. First service call the after cleaning was shoddy.
