Initial phone call - Michelle gave me a quote: &99. for dryer vent cleaning and &100. for sanitation. Total: $199. When the worker showed up, I asked him if he knows the price for his service - He said he will talk about it when he finish job. I insisted to talk before and he surprised me with a new quote: $199. plus tax plus sanitation - Total: &279. When I call Michelle and asked why she didn't give me a full price for the service, she said the company charges this way. I didn't accept his service because I felt manipulate... read more

You also didn't want to pay more then $90.00 for all services rendered. We can't reduce our prices and offer a quality service. And yes we do charge $75.00 for a trip charge for our time. Tried to charge $1.2K to paint fire place (asinine), $1,200 to patch fire place cracks, and left top of chimney opened (still opened and never called to follow up). Terrible.

They cannot repair chimneys or propane fire places.
