Very messy and was quoted one price for 2 services. When I declined the second service, I was still charged the same price.

Good evening, We looked over our accounts and I'm not showing a (consumer name withheld per their request). in Spring Tx as a customer. The only reason I could see you would need a dryer repair is if the heating element is out. We clean the ventilation duct out for lint and clogs which would not affect the heating element. Cleaning the duct prevents fire due to excessive combustible lint as well as free clogs in the line which would stop condensation in your line. Good afternoon, We spoke yesterday about the issue with the dead animal in the chimney. I am a bit confused with the review due to the fact that the chimney had an arch (the animal can not be removed from the top) also the damper plate only opens about three inches. The animal that was removed was a raccoon (large animal) a small part of the animal was left because it would not fit through the damper opening.
