Chimney did not need to be cleaned it apparently had never been used. The gas logs are damaged and we are getting new ones installed today by same company however we were still charged $195 for the check up even though nothing had to be done... it seems like a service call fee would be more appropriate. Plus I was quoted $175.
I waited from 4:00 to 6:00 I had to call service guy to find out where he was, I wasted 2 hours of my time.

You called me at 5:46 pm asking where the technician was and then said it was too late you would have to reset for a earlier time of the day. The office reached out to you this morning and got you rescheduled. I apologized last night about the tech running late and guaranteed you we would fix it. If we didn't try to correct the problem i could see writing this review. Seems a bit harsh, since we are correcting this for you.
Showed up within the time specified and completed work promptly.
He was professional, provided great service and educated me on things without me having to ask any questions although when I did ask questions, he was able to answer them very confidently. Would definitely hire them again.
Knowledgeable regarding chimneys and made suggestions as to how I could make mine more efficient.
Showed up on time and finished quickly.
