Staff was here quick, did a superb repair on my gas starter piping and checked it was functioning fine. Thank y all
Nature's Own did a competent job for a reasonable price. The service man was polite and friendly. I would recommend them.
Very knowledgeable and quick to complete the job
I traveled from out of town to meet the tech at a time they set. I called them when they were 45 minutes late, and then they indicated it would be another 90 minutes, nearly 9:30 PM. They reset for the next day and was 90 minutes late for that appointment as well. Nice people but not able to go the job. They should have called me with updates. Not recommended.

We apologize about the timing , the technician was caught in some pretty bad traffic coming out of San Antonio. The first thing the next morning the technician was headed your way to get you taken care of. We knew you were coming from out of town so we jumped on this as fast as possible. You were set for an 8-10 and the technician showed up at 9:43 am and left 10:46 am. Thank you , John.B

The technician arrived in the time frame specified, was pleasant and let the area spotless!
It?s been over a month that I contacted this service for a repair. I was told I needed a part ordered and someone would be calling me with a cost and expected date the following Monday. No one ever called and I had to follow up to get the part ordered and waited another week. Technicians came out and put the part in and left without making sure it worked- which it did not and they left the gas running. Good afternoon, The original date coming out was 11/6/19. The repair date was set for 11/29/19. Sometimes repairs require additional parts which have to be ordered. I have the parts here to install in your firebox. On 12/1/19 I was in your area and tried calling you to swing by and install with no answer. Our office is closed on sundays but since I was close I thought I would try to get it taken care of. If you could call our office at 210-637-7733 we would like to get this taken care of for you.
