Very little of the total project was completed on the day scheduled. the work that was done was very poor quality, The mortar around chimney looks thrown on. The workers left mortar residue all over my roof so now it is stained. The inside of my brick firebox looks horrible and I am afraid to use the fireplace Because not only did they not clean and scrape the firebox beforehand they spread a bunch of sealant/mortar? Technician arrived on time. Was efficient, thorough, fast and kept me informed of all findings. I used them to clean my dryer vent and plan to have them back annually. I m also going to add chimney cleaning with them this year. They were very conscientious of the current health concerns and explained fully their program of protection for all of us. Highly recommend them.
