Review covers two different properties. Customer Service Rep (Kirby absolutely outstanding--courteous, knowledgeable, conscientious. James Luckenbach also outstanding Negatives: Was to arrive between 3 and 5, arrived well after w/only a short-notice call prior to arrival. Second, dryer cleaning was to be done at one -property, was not on invoice--will require a second service call.

From getting a quote and scheduling with the receptionist to Alfred, the technician, this company truly did an amazing job! Mr. Alfred sealed the deal because he was absolutely wonderful and very professional! He was extremely knowledgeable about his work and explained every step of the process. Appointment was between 11:00 - 1:00 and he showed up after 2:00. When I called the office at noon to make sure the person was coming, they said he would be there within the time frame. The person showed up an hour after the 2 hour window they had given me. No phone call at all. I had asked for an early morning appointment. I felt like I was in a waiting game. The guy only took about 20 minutes to clean our fireplace. I have no issues with the work performed. Cleaned up after himself and was very professional.

I asked them to come to our home to consult with us about our chimney specifically about a custom chimney cap due to an issue we are having. We were home, but no one rang the doorbell or knocked on the door or notified us that someone was here to look at our chimney. Someone climbed on our roof and took pictures that were emailed to me without a description of what they recommend and without talking to us the homeowner. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this company.

Good afternoon,I spoke with the technician that was assigned to your home yesterday about what happened. The technician said it was late in the day and did not want to bother you if we were just getting cap measurements. So he placed the ladder on the side of the house and walked across your roof and made his measurements. The tech then sent the pictures to your email along with the document. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
They came out removed a Screw holding a screen on Roof dryer vent. Vent clogged because the screen was not removed during the new home checklist. Lint came out of vent after the screen was removed. The duct was never cleaned (did it need to be). Dryer works fine right now.

Project was quick, professional and done right. Technician came in did the job. Area was left just the way he found it no mess left behind. Appointment was on time as scheduled. I definitely would hire them again for our next treatment on our vents.
