First time having my chimney clean, great job.
Casey, the Tech, arrived on time, immediately went to work and finished within a half hour with immediate results. Great job Casey!

Good afternoon, It was a pleasure speaking with you earlier about your experience. Looks like the tech came out there to provide the service and told you about the cold air coming out of the vent . Then you had to get a repair company out the replace the element in the dryer. Once completed you said our technician had a smirk. Not sure what that was about but I can surely send out another technician to get you situated. Feel free to give us a call and have a great weekend ma'am.
