The service person did not come to the house between the appointment times given nor did he call to give us a new arrival time. After a call to the office, I was told that the service person had tried to enter our gate and was unsuccessful, so he went to the next call, without trying to contact us. Eventually he came back to our house and completed the service. i was disappointed that better communication was not used which would have saved us three hours of waiting at our house without service. The technician was trying to get through your security gate at 11:36 am at which time he tried to make contact with you. You called into our office later in the day and stated that this is a landline and you do not have a cellphone at this time I asked if you had a missed call from the technician and you said you would not know if you were on the phone. Chimney caps blew off my roof, I had one replaced and the other repaired. Very Good Job!
