So working around your schedule we reset the appointment for the last job of the day. Our technician arrived to your home that evening with no response at the door or by phone . They got in touch with very quickly, and Alfred came the next day to fix the collar on the roof. He checked our fireplace and seen the cracked back panel. Told me of the problems it could cause. Set up appointment for the following Friday. He called to let me know he was working on another client and will be here in about an hour. They were early. Very friendly and tolerated my 2 labs.
