Contractor responded promptly when calling to make appointment. The service person was able to make earlier appointment and called to verify if I would be home and if ok to come earlier. Service person also very knowledgeable about the issue I was having and also spent the time to check to make sure there were no other problem with fireplace working. I would use this contractor again and would recommend them to anyone having problems with their fireplace.
