Had a confirmed appointment several weeks ago which this vendor failed to show up for. I was provided no explanation for their failure to show, but was later told they would be in contact to reschedule. It?s been over a week and have heard nothing.

Spoke with Jay on the phone to have an extra inspection charge dropped; he was very reasonable. Thank you, Jay. Albert came out and gave his honest assessment on the chimney - no cleaning necessary, some cracking mortar at the top but nothing to worry about right now. Chimney cap installed quickly and cleanly (showed us pictures). Thanks, Albert! Would recommend to others.
They aren't thru yet. Coming back Sat pm.
