A very bad experience, Natures Own Chimney Cleaning left me out on my own with a half-completed job! It has been one month since they started the *repair*. I was supposed to get an arch removed, concrete crown repair, and a metal chimney chase top w/cap installed. Johnathon came out on Feb 9th and only did half the work that Jay said would be done on the 9th and also left debris (which I had to clean up). I called Jay immediately and he said no problem they could come back out on Feb. 11th to do the concrete crown work that ... read more
