Very pleased with Gio. He was professional and knowledgeable. Put booties on when entering the house. Showed us how to use the gas fireplace.

The reporting tech did not want to do it after he checked the work to be done. He said another tech should have been here to do the check up. He said he would do it. After finishing he told me the fee was $99 plus tax for the check up. This was not mentioned before he started. His review was $3000 for all three chimneys. The original quote was $99 per chimney to cover the tops and no extra fees. Deceptive business practice! Talked to the General Manager and said nothing could be done about the fee. Good morning, We do apologize that you feel this way, however, we do charge to inspect or clean your chimney and that is why the $99.00 charge occurred. We do have to cover the cost of gas, employees etc... Your chimneys do need extensive work and you can always get a second opinion. Also, we always explain this over the phone and we send a reminder with the fee a day before service also to prevent these issues most of the time.
First visit they were late, initial work was good
