Chimney inspection appointment was scheduled a week in advance; company consistently contacted me via email and text reminding and confirming the appointment; received a call two hours prior to appointment they would not be able to come because of a broken down truck; the manager was rude and not customer friendly when inquired about compensation for re-scheduling my appointment due to their inefficiency.....absolutely NOT professional, trustworthy or accommodating …..Hopefully Home Advisors will consider not allowing them... read more
