My original quote was for cleaning and inspection, the tech came out inspected told me what was wrong and said I would get a cleaning with the repair....then said the cust svc rep told me wrong. I was given a price range over the phone as well, no where near what the estimate was. Was told I had to put down a deposit for the repair, they didn't have to order any parts so why a deposit, because you don't want me to figure out your overpriced or something else? Worker was on time and did an acceptable job however tended to oversell us on other work. He asked to rinse a sponge and left the kitchen sink dirty as well as the faucet. He did not cover his shoe until I asked him to wipe his feet since it was wet outside.
