John was great! He was professional and walked me through what needed to be done so I can have my chimney fixed to be able to use it. Will be reaching out to him again to have work completed. Highly recommend him.

Had to come out twice. Dryer vent still does not fit into place. Second visit stated that there was a problem with the attachment to the dryer. Never a problem previously.
