Machine appeared to be undersized for the task. Plugs removed were minimal in size and less efficient in most of the lawn which was pretty thick.

Good Morning, We do only use a commercial industrial aerator and the core size is based on moisture in the yard and many other factors. A core size can be from 1/2 to 6 inches depending on the moisture in the yard. But if for any reason you are not happy with the service we will be more then happy to aerate again at no charge.
My caveat is that I have not yet used the fireplace and so I cannot know if my problem was solved.

Not an industrial machine. Not what I would consider a professional job. Had to show all spots they missed in the yard. I would rather rent a machine for half the price and do it myself.

We do cover all of our services with a 30 day warranty to make sure you are a happy customer. All of our equipment is industrial and is the best in the industry.
Did everything they promised at a fair price. Made some recommendations that I hope to have them complete soon.

Updated Review for Dryer Vent Clean Out: First attempt the technician did not have the proper tools, as requested to clean out the dryer vent, as it vents through the roof, while the tech was very professional and apologetic, he did show up late to the first appointment by several hours. After voicing my complaints, John from Customer Service reached out and rectified the issue, sending a tech back to complete the job correctly. The tech was late again, but cleaned the vent out.
