They cleaned our fireplace and were very honest. I actually requested additional work and they said it is not necessary instead of up-selling me. Would use them again.

All our items in the garage are covered in black soot from the lack of a filter on the technicians shop vacuum system.

Good morning, You called our office Thursday stating a technician got soot in the garage and immediately we offered to have a professional come out and clean the garage for you. The offer was declined . We then gave you a full refund for the chimney cleaning and also a full refund for a service that had nothing to do with the chimney cleaning .
