A bit of trouble scheduling. Phone number in dallas didn’t work for two weeks even after I told them it was broken. Actual work once we coordinate the time was excellent. And value is best in the area.

Hired the company to clean my chimney and dryer vent. They completed the work with no issues. The cost wasn't too bad considering they offered a discount on cleaning the chimney and dryer vent as a package.

Last year when I used Nature's Own for dryer vent cleaning, I was very satisfied. Just now I had an experience that did not go as I expected. The 2 techs who came out were nice an courteous and they did their job well. The reason for the low customer service rating is because when I made the appointment last week, I was not informed that the rate I paid last year was a promotional rate so I ended up paying $24 dollars more. Good Afternoon, We do apologize for any hardship this may have caused. The going rate for dryer vent cleans is $125.00, and the promotions we run sometimes drop this price to $99.00. Unfortunately for everyone involved, changes to multiple aspects of the service industry, and market-based economics do not allow us to maintain pricing of previous years. Update: John called and apologized. He dispatched a team to fix the problem and properly install the vent guards. -- In March, I had my dryer vent cleaned, and the technician who cleaned the vent removed the bird guard and did not reinstall it. Fast forward two months and birds have created a nest and I can hear constant chirping. Normally I would have just reinstalled it myself but the vent is not accessible without a ladder extension.
