They didn't keep the first appointment and when contacted the next day, they sent someone who only did half of the job. My 75 year old husband had to clean the dryer and vent hose himself because the dryer alarm still showed blocked.

They originally came last Friday but did not do the job completely but was paid. We tried to use the vent on Sunday and it was clogged- someone was suppose to come on Monday or Tuesday but did not show. The same tech came today, and was late for the appointment again. There was a trash bag full even though it was just cleaned a week ago. The job was $85 plus tax.

The tech was 3 hours late in arriving. However, once he arrived, he got straight to work cleaning the dryer vent. We may have to call them back, because the dryer is still not working efficiently .
