They were thorough and did a good job and the quoted price is what I paid. Upon completion of the cleaning of my dryer vent I felt they could have vacuumed up a little better but other than that good job

The company was hired to replace a chimney cap that blew off during the recent storms. The responded quickly and repaired and re-attached the cap. Unfortunately, the first work man did a poor job and the cap blew off again less than a week later. Fortunately, the company was very responsive and sent a different workman out the same day I called. He re-attached the cap more effectively and all appears to be fine at this time. On time, checked our very long dryer vent at both ends and cleared it completely even though he had to go up on the roof in very hot weather!
