RecommendedI have to say I had a wonderful experience at the Cary,NC Arboretum location. I used to go to the Cary Centrum location for years and loved the staff there. We moved to Holly Springs and visited the office there and had a horrible experience with the Dr and staff in 2016. had an appointment at the chambersburg pa gateway office to get contacts went in for my appointment and was told everything was covered by my insurance. after my appointment I was told that I had to pay $103.50 for the contact fitting. I questioned it and was told that my insurance does not cover contact fitting and if it wasn't paid today then I could not leave with the trial contacts or the ones I currently had in
No re guard for long term customers. The glasses for my two kids came back with the goofy looking blue transitions lenses. We where told they would order the correct ones and call us and when the correct ones came in we could return them or keep them for 50 percent off. We got a call a few days later blaming the lab for the mistake. They wanted us to either come back in and send the glasses back for the correct lenses and wait a couple weeks or to come back in and have the frames traced so they can make new lenses, and wait ... read more
No response to issues any answer to push you off. And the little visible numbers on the lenses offer no assurances
How about training your staff, and having them listen to what people are saying . Worst place ever.
They send a text letting you know your glasses are in and to click a link for the hours. You show up and there is a sign on the door closed for inventory at 3. Boo Eldersburg office. Ellicott City is doing their inventory today after the store closes at 5.
They went above and beyond to make my 1.5 yr old feel comfortable and have a good experience getting fitted for his glasses. He just wanted to run around when we were doing all the insurance and paperwork and one of the women there offered to run around with him so we could get it done without chasing him around. highly recommend they were so nice and helpful

Went to the Naugatuck office on 4/13/19. The staff is OUTSTANDING! Love Dr. Dake, great doctor, she took her time with me. Rebecca at the front desk made me feel so welcome. Lisa the manager is extraordinary, so knowledgeable, sweet, and helpful. I had a blast at this office. They compliment each other with the very best customer service and the best teamwork I have seen. They have loads of frames to pick from.
