yes, you do accept all insurances but you punish people with medicare, even foster care children with medicare insurance. School starts the first week of August and I could not get an appointment until late August. However, if I wanted to get my eyes checked because I have "better" insurance, I can get an appointment in a couple of weeks.Shame on all of the doctors who do this....American

My wife went to get glasses were created incorrectly twice! If we could start over I would go somewhere else. Never again!
I went to the Shippensburg location.. Each employee that I talked to gave me a different answer to my questions causing me to make extra 40 mile round trips that were not necessary. I also had to have my new glasses remade because they caused blurry vision and they broke my current glasses, then said they weren't responsible. I paid $300 for that experience!
I had to wait almost a month for a visit to this business. I stopped by a different location to see what the wait would be for my son. They informed me that they are booked until July. That's almost 3 solid months to wait just to get an eye exam. Went to eyeglass world, my son gets seen Saturday. You've lost our business...
I just wanted to give a shout out to Mandy @the chambersburg pa store and Tasha @ the waynesboro pa store they both went out of their way recently to help my 89 year old mom find the frames she needed to have replaced .She is stuck in her ways and they both made sure she had the frame she wanted .They both made her very happy .Thank you ladies for all you did
