I have been trying to get someone on the phone for over a month now at one of the Pa locations, The phone just rings or the voicemail is full.
My experience at Norland Ave, Chambersburg location was HORRIBLE. After the check in staff were rude when I tried to ask a simple question, the Dr. sat in the exam room and legitimately screamed at me about my eyes. He wasn’t being very friendly and he knew yelled because he then tried to apologize and said he didn’t mean to “upset me”. Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had. They cancelled my mother and I appoints for not giving us a legitimate reason and said we couldn’t go to any other location. Disgusting!
Took forever to get my lenses. Then when they arrived of course they were wrong. Not a friendly staff in Rincon Ga. I got my money back and then I had to call to get my benefits released so I could go get another pair of lenses. Not a happy camper.
How do you send an alert to come get glasses because they are ready for you are closed and only open 4 days a week. Add that on to long wait times and horrible customer service.
Worst eye dr ever been to. Went to the one at valley mall in Hagerstown and did full eye exam and everything and it was the first time I didn’t even have to read one single letter off the chart. Dr was with me less than 5 min. Spent $1355 there and got absolutely terrible service. Then when glasses were almost a week past promise date i received a different excuse everytime I called. It was ridiculous.
