Great & Everyone there was Polite
Should have stayed away after passed experiences. But went anyway. First the tried to over charge based on insurance. Good thing I know my coverages. Was promised I would be able to pick them up on 3/23. Just called to see if they were in. Well still in processing. Really you have to pay up front and can't even have glasses when promised. This is definetly the last time. Been a customer for about 15 yrs. So discussed. Shippensburg PA Office

The staff at the Statesville, NC location are the rudest people to have EVER dealt with the public! I was so disappointed when I went in the other day to ask a question and the one receptionist yelled to the other and said for her to not help me first when the other patients were already seated and checked in. I was simply trying to ask a question becuase NO ONE from the office would ever return my calls!!!!!! I am so made at this office because I love Dr. Day, but her staff is not worth it. Called and made an appointment on February 27th. The appointment was for March 9th (today) at one of their York, Pa locations. Went in only to be told that it was scheduled for February 9th and was rudely told I was a no show. How can I make an appointment for a day that had already passed?!?! That shouldn't even be possible! Of course I was a no show, I didn't have an appointment! The receptionist apologized but didn't actually seem sorry and acted like she didn't believe me.
