I wish I could give no star!!! This was the worst experience I ever had!! They changed my script.. said they ordered new contacts. Then only tried to give me two pair after my insurance company pairs for it! I had one of the employees hang up on me! They kept saying that they reordered them every time I came to pick them up they are so confused never can find them..!! Horrible place, unorganized, staff undertrained, very unprofessional.. do not come here!

they were very good and very friendly to my daughter. they did a very intensive eye exam on her and explained everything. I will be going there again and making this the place my family goes to.

my glasses came in they was not right it took me arguing with the staff to finally see the doctor again which at least did own up to the fact that he messed up the prescription but it has now been seven months i still do not have my glasses I have called left messages dr. personality said he would call me when they came back in I've heard nothing yet it's been 5- 6 weeks since then.
