I've sent 3 e-mails (on 1/11, 1/17, and 1/25) with the completed form attached, called 3 times to check on the status of my request and I still don't have it! I was told it would take approximately 72 hours but it's now been weeks. My last call was today and they advised, they are extremely busy and have not forgotten me but will get it to me soon but couldn't provide a date. I will search and find the e-mail address to the CEO of this company to advise them that their process for this type of request is ridiculous.
Went to see them today and I was very pleased
Very disappointed in my local office. Went in for an eye exam and ordered glasses. 10 days later went to go pick them up and the left lenses was wrong but the office just told me to see if my eyes would adjust to the wrong lenses. Had to call another local My Eye Dr to see what whent wrong with the lenses. They determined that the prescription was inputted incorrectly. Went into the Lakeland,Florida location today and the woman at the desk was going off on/with another customer then she told us what color tag my insurance covered. I found a pair only for her to say no, you can only get from this here section which had maybe 50glasses on it. None of which I liked/nor fit. I’m very petite and almost always have to get kids glasses to fit my face. She stated it wouldn’t cover those and I’d have to pay out of network. After a $800 eye doctor visit including glasses and exam they couldn’t even get my prescription right. I had to revert back to my old outdated glasses because I was having to squint constantly with the new ones. What a colossal waste of money. Do not go to any MyEyeDr.
My Eye Dr. is the worst eye place to go to. They don't care about your eyes or family, they get you for your money. LIE about everything. DO NOT GO TO MY EYE DR. YOU WILL GET RIPED OFF.
