I’m very pleased with the staff in Machesney Park Illinois. My family had been going there before they were MyEyeDr but the actual doctor is the same. Very pleasant staff and very helpful!

I just sent a scathing email to patient relations about the complete debacle I am caught in with the Woodbridge, VA location. 5 weeks and multiple screw ups later I am still without glasses. if you are thinking about going to this location, dont waste your time or money.
Terrible experience in the West Loop location. As with other reviewer’s they do not fully explain any type of insurance coverage. Also customer service is extremely lacking. Wrong order on glasses. Took them back. No communication. They said “other company broke them and didn’t tell us”. It’s been over a month and a half without glasses. Terrible and Unacceptable.
To whom this may concern, My Eye Dr. does not fulfill their promises made to customers who have made purchases. I purchased an annual supplies of contacts with a promise that, if I ran out of contacts before the end of my next annual visit, I could get contacts to last me until my next annual visit, for free. they told me one price and charged me double. I took contacts in that I could not wear because my eyes are to dry for them. well they gave me my own contacts back and said it was the solution. but did make one eye a little stronger. but I still can't wear that brand of contacts. what a waste. terrible place to go.
The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and warm. The price match contacts and find you the best deal.
I have written about my experience with my eye dr .co.on private message many times. I ordered glas to es on Dec 28 and today is Feb 12 and still no glasses. Now they won't even acknowledge my posts on Facebook messenger. not sure what it's going to take to get results. They dont seem to care about anything.
I had a very pleasant and professional experience with Dr. Rudisill and the eye care team at the Manchester Crossroad location in York, PA. This was my first visit, and given it was a chain I never heard of and it's goofy name, I wasn't expecting much, but I was very surprised. Everyone was professional, the optometrist seemed very knowledgeable and competent, and everything went perfectly. My contacts and glasses are perfect.
