We just had my son’s glasses done at the Chambersburg location and they did a fantastic job-he has a very strong prescription and his glasses were made so thin to compensate for his prescription..He will now wear them and not be embarrassed...A Big..pat on the back to “Barry Smith” for being a great inspiration and for being so friendly and also knowledgeable about his profession-he is truly a A+ employee..

Currently on week 3 of waiting for my glasses. Customer service is non existent at the Dover office. I've been hung up on and still have no answers. Worst eye doctor ever!

I went in for an eye exam on July 1, 2020. This was my 1st time ever getting contact lenses, I was sold on the daily wear lenses because of a rebate they offered and I could cash in on once I received my contacts...it is September 23rd. I have yet to receive the contact lenses, I asked for a cancelation and full refund beginning September 1st, but was told my contacts would be in by the 7th, I waited, no contacts, they finally approved a refund on September 10th, I still have not received the refund.
