I went to them for years even before name change. Recently I am very dissatisfied. I love Dr. Patel at the Woodstock location and hate losing her as my doctor. Because of another employee, Natalie lying about several things and the manager at the Kennesaw location not doing her job, I have found another practice.

I went to MyEyeDr. with a new prescription to get a new pair of glasses. I gave them my insurance card (not a fly by night, btw), and she couldn't find benefits for eyeglasses, only the exam. I told her that was wrong, so she looked again, and finally found them. Then, after we went through the process of writing up the order (I was using my old lenses, which I'd gotten there and really love), she told me that the cost would be almost $200 for the lenses. Ordered contacts online with them over 3 weeks ago and still don't have them. I've called and messaged multiple times and got the run around. They will never get my business again.
