This place is incredibly slow. They overbook appointments resulting in a very busy and crowded waiting room with minimal seating options. They have evening hours which is convenient but to take time off work and then be forced to wait an additional 45 minutes is unnecessary. Scheduling appointments appropriately seems to have been a challenge ever since I started coming here 2 years ago. This is the Carlisle pa location with Dr. Joseph Winberry.
Best place to go, very happy with the Doctors and the staff. Everyone was very professional.
Had a great first appointment at the Mayfaire location in Wilmington NC! Will definitely be returning!
I love the staff at MyEyeDoctor on Whittlesey Blvd. in Columbus, Ga. They were knowledgeable and personable. I was helped with my selection and even talked out options with me. The time and patience they took with me is what I will spend my money on any day.
Terrible experience with MyEyeDr in Raleigh, NC. This would be the Charles B. Root location in Olde Raleigh. Without going into all the details of their incompetence, I would definitely not recommend this chain for any of your eye care needs. Don't even waste your time reaching out to MyEyeDr Headquarters/Customer Service, they don't have a clue.

Dr. Friedman and staff were awesome! Quick, funny and friendly . I went to Dr. last Monday and picked up glasses on Friday! Everyone took time to help. I love my new Vera Bradley glasses and also bought Bebe - 😎 prescription sunglasses. Can’t wait to pick up!!
I appreciate all of the high tech equipment they had in the office..
