I have diabetes missed with my vision I went to the office in Madison Nc 1 of females working in office was rude they never returned my phone call

RecommendedDr. Langner is simply the best!!! She respects my time and she actually listens to me! It is great to finally have found an eye doctor that I love! The staff that works there are always very pleasant and helpful. I have a tough time when scheduling, due to my own availability, and they always make it work!! This place is terrible. Supposed to have my glasses on the 31st. Had to call in TWICE to get a status on my glasses. They aren't going to be ready for another 2 weeks.

RecommendedTheir assistants were amazing and spent over an hour coaching my daughter on how to put contacts in. They were patient and positive; they did not get frustrated at all, which made a huge difference. If you need an optometrist, please consider this group.
