This place is the most USELESS place I’ve ever encountered! They do not know how to do their jobs in the slightest format nor do they know a single thing about eye care. The office in Ocala, Florida is the WORST! I will be proceeding with a lawsuit Monday morning! Do NOT waste your time or money with this thing they call an eye doctors office.
I calles ahead and informed them ai was on my way from Beverly Hills and rather then telling me that the test my daughter had to de required her to have eyedrops that causing her to have to wait long and the office was closing for the day. They let me wast gas and time when I got to the office and said we cant do the test because of being 20 min late. fyi i was 10 min late. and I called before going. is that why the company is going down??? The Thurmont, MD location gave me paperwork with another patients name/ID information on it (HIPAA violation). Then after returning it and filling out my own, I went through a lengthy discussion about the costs because my insurance wasn't going to cover much. They failed to reference a $100+ "contact lens fitting" fee that consisted of the doctor giving me the contacts and leaving me to put them in myself, and then looking for 10 seconds at each eye and stating that they fit well. Very poor customer service.
Went into MYEYEDR in Middletown, Delaware and a few of the girls there reeked of marijuana and over herd them talking about a lady that works there tried to kill herself in Middletown, Delaware. I went to inform the manager , she to smelled as if she just smoked a fat doobie . Never again !!!!!
