Everything! The Charles Town, WV office is awesome
How is it that a company has multiple doctors but each doctor only accepts different insurances? What kind of business practice is that? One doctor for this insurance one doctor for that insurance. That is ridiculous! You should take notes from a normal practice and all doctors are under one umbrella. Been a patient at the optometrist at the Lafayette location for years. Won't ever be going back after how rude they were this morning! I'll be finding a new eye doctor.
Dr. Ishak is amazing. Even my 6 year old loved going to see him! He made my sons first eye appointment a comedy show! Thank you!
tomorrow will be the 7th trip I have taken to the hourglass in order to get a pair of glasses that work for me. I have documented every step of the way and they have screwed up no less than 3 times
