RecommendedI had an emergent eye issue and was able to get in quickly to see Dr. Le. The staff was wonderful, no wait and were so friendly (hard to find). Dr. Le was knowledgeable, ran tests that showed swelling in my optic nerves that another ophthalmologist I saw didn’t catch three days prior. I’m so glad I went, now I’m on the right path to recovery. I wish I could leave a rating, they deserve a 10/10!!!
Initially had a problem with the glasses I purchased. Customer services fixed and I even got reimbursed. Will be back because of customer service recovery.
Purchased eye glasses over a month ago. Can not get an answer or a returned call. Do not go here for glasses go to a lens crafters
RecommendedGreat visit! I went to the location in White Oak, PA. Dr. Burns and her staff are very friendly and professional. The office was clean and Covid precautions taken. Everything was sanitized. We were even given new masks to wear since our faces were touching the equipment. My son and I both were in for exams ( both over due at that). Neither of us needed glasses, but I ended up getting a pair for my son with the blue light blocking coating since he is on the computer all day for school.

I called to make an appointment to have my current glasses adjusted, nothing else and asked for 5:30 appointment since i work. I was told they don't make appointments after 4:45 because of Covid. When I asked why it would take so long to adjust glasses the rep hung up on me. They used to be amazing and now are beyond horrible.
