After losing my glasses on vacation, I made an appointment and explained how I have lost my glasses and need to get a new pair immediately. No one mentioned it would take TWO WEEKS for my glasses to come in until AFTER I paid for them. (At other places it has only taken a week maximum.) For two weeks I haven’t been able to see clearly. OMG never like never go to this F place the staffs are sooooo rude I don't even know how they could keep those lady's working there on the front desk dealing with the public, my son missed an appointment cause of them today, his appointment was at 4 my husband got there 4.14 they have a 15 minutes tolerance if your late, and he had to wait in line cause there was other people so she said they need to reschedule but he did get there 4.14 and they only called him around 4.20 would u believe ????? This place sux since they became myeyedr! They email me and say I'm due for an appointment, then call to reschedule, now they're telling me my insurance will not cover the visit! Ugh!!!
MyEYeDr. took over Glasses Galore in Southampton. New Management is terrible, corporate is worse. District Manager Brian is unprofessional and frankly not cut out to manage optical stores. He bullies valued employees and harasses customers on a regular basis. The associate Brian promoted to manager of Southampton’s store frequently leaves the store understaffed and when she is at the store she hides in the back. Overall, 10 out of 10 serious decline since new ownership!

Horrific experience at the My Eye Dr. Six Forks Location (North Raleigh). Don't even bother! Please don't waste your time or money at this establishment. I'm beyond embarrased for the doctors, managment/and or owners.... their front desk staff is a huge embarrasment.
I had an appt at the Stafford Marketplace Stafford VA location because I felt my vision was getting worse & wanted to see about contacts. I got seen by the Dr very quickly & right on the dot to my appt time for my vision exam. I was in the process of being scheduled for a contacts fitting and class but Cesar squeezed me in! He was phenomenal! He counseled me on the contacts and made sure I can get them in and out. He made me feel so comfortable because I thought I was taking forever haha. Everyone was great!
my 82 y.o. mother needed glasses.shes "brand " loyal and insisted we go to "Americas best". we were told no appointment necessary but when we hot there we were told all doctors are out to lunch and we would have to wait 2 hours. we left. I had a good experience with myeyedr and took mom to the north western location. we were taken care of quickly and politely , even given different price options.
