RecommendedDr. Hendrix was very friendly and easy going. I mentioned that I was nervous about getting contacts for the first time and she assured me that it was normal and made me feel comfortable. She was quick and efficient, which helped with my building anxiety. Wanda showed me how to take the contacts out and put them back in. I had a full blown panic attack (my own irrational fears of eyes, nothing anyone in the office said or did caused it), but she was patient and kind as I calmed myself down. Made appointment for a eye exam and to get new glasses. Showed up for my appointment and was told the eye doctor wasn’t in that day and said they tried to call me but I never got a call from them. I rescheduled a appointment. Showed up for that one and not a soul was there again with no call or anything. Very piss poor communication. I received better service from Walmart. Not even trying to come here again and neither will my family.
RecommendedI have had eye examines twice here under the VA Community Care program. There is nowhere I'd rather go. Dr, Harris is absolutely top-notch! Also, with the virus around the staff was doing an amazing job with cleaning and precautions.

I am new to the area and truly appreciated their kindness. The machines they use to test your eyes look very new and state of the art. I liked the fact they didn’t seem to need to put dilating drops in my eyes. (It is not very fun driving home after a person’s pupils have been dilated.) I have been having a terrible experience with this store.. and what bothers me most is that they have a voicemail system but they refuse to return phone calls.. I've left 2 messages and i never got a phone call back.. i have to keep calling and asking when will my glasses be in... i keep getting "O, sometime this week" and nothing!.. i am very disappointed.. not professional at all.. no follow up.. and i still dont have the correct glasses.. its been 9 weeks!
