they are the worst don't go there

Kernersville NC office is the worse. Dr Terry is great, but office staff and people ordering/fitting glasses are incompetent. If there's anything wrong with the glasses ordered it is the patient's fault. They won't take responsibility for not doing their job correctly and they don't wear name tags and if you ask their name they refuse to give it. My husband and I will never go back there.
My husband recommended this place to me so I made an appointment. Got there they had no record of it only my name, adress, and number as a new patient. When I offered to show them the confirmation email for my appointment they said i would still have to come back a different day.
Picked up my prescription since my Insurance was not accepted there and she purposely wrote it wrong. Went to another retailer and bought glasses only to have found the mistake. I was Informed it’s only a 3 digit and 4 digits were written. I will never return to MyEyeDr. It was a horrible experience at my last visit and this error is just the icing on the top.
My eye doctor at this locale is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I never leave there without learning something new about my eyes. And they are extremely accommodating when I have an eye emergency and need to be seen ASAP. Very friendly and helpful. I recommend the Amherst MA location quite highly.
I was 15 minutes are and coukdn’t be seen. I was unaware that the practiced had moved, which is why I was late. Looking for new practice.
Don’t go to the one off friendly . The dr was fine but there was one corn ball. I started to choke
