My daughter’s mask kept falling because it was extremely large on her and the dr. told her to just stop talking. Another lady was unkind to her when I had to see the dr. in the next room. I am upset that I had to leave her at all. I will not be returning. It’s a shame because some of the staff members are really nice but covid has seemingly brought out the worst in people.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. I am on week 5 of waiting for a paper check in the mail. This is absolutely ridiculous!!! I was also suppose to be contacted by the district manager and/or someone at the office once they did some “research”. What’s to research? I returned the contacts, and once it was complete, I was informed it would NOT be going back to my card, but instead in the mail... and they “weren’t sure” exactly how long it would take, probably 4 to 6 weeks.
