Got glasses there 3-4 months ago....didn’t get a warranty........broken!! Not because I stepped on them, not because I sat on them, I believe they had a flaw in them! Broke as I pushed them up on my face!!! Took them up there asking if they could help me...they told me no!! Told me to go to Spaths, maybe they could Sauter them!! So $350 down the drain!! Bad customer service!!!!!!

Both my daughter and I were seen at the Cornelius NC location by Dr. Steven Friedman. I was very pleased with the level of care that I received. Every staff member that I came into contact with was attentive and genuinly nice. The professionalism was definetley present at that office the day I was seen. Although I've only been seen there once I could tell that the environment that I experienced there is probably the norm.
