Worst experience ever in 25 years of wearing glasses. I STRONGLY suggest going elsewhere. Their products are cheaply made. The management is awful. The location in Evanston, IL on Dempster is the worst.
it's been almost 2 months and I still don't have my glasses or contacts. I'm EXTREMELY displeased. I will have a different eye doctor next year
I was called and offered an earlier appointment. Only to get there and wait 45 minutes and still was not seen. Seeing customers come in to pick up their glasses and the glasses can’t be found
Excellent care and service
After the get your insurance info you are pretty much on your own! Nice enough but no service at all. Will point you to a few over priced dollar store type fames and that will be the end of our tour! Eye Doc did her part. Look at this dot, look at that dot, read this line. Truly disappointed I went there and wasted time
