it was my 1st time going to myeyedr an I will say they were very nice n helpful also they told me would have my new glasses on a date but they came in a early I'm very happy an thankyou myeyedr
Dr. Kacey Cilimberg is very smart and improved my vision significantly. She even came in on her day off to help me and my wife. Very clean office. Great technology. Jacob was quite helpful in gettin us some new glasses too. This was at the Colonnade location in Birmingham. Dr. Kacey Cilimberg is the best optometrist. Even got some new sunglasses!
Let the local offices answer calls! I got a message from my local Dr. asking if I would like to come in that day at 11 am (I had an appointment a week later at 11:30. I called back right away but got someone who sounded like he was from India. He couldn't get my name right, and when he finally did, he just repeated my appointment for next week and couldn't understand that I wanted to accept the date and time change. After 10 minutes I just gave up. Hopefully he didn't cancel my appointment for next week!

I broke my glasses yesterday. Broke off the ear piece. Taped them to go to work today. Called the LaVale MD My Eye Doctor to see if the can fix them. I found out I bought a warranty when I purchased my glasses. They close at 6 pm. Got busy at work. I got to the LaVale My Eye Doctor at 540 pm. The girls working were so nice. One of them found another pair of frames just like mine. She took my broken glasses and put my lenses in the new frames! New glasses in 10 minutes! Very happy.
Go out of business and let professionals do the work. I had a Comprehensive Exam with Refraction and a full photo set done on 01/29/2019. I have received my contacts from this location (prior to it being MyEyeDr) for years. I just called to get new contacts and was denied them and told I needed another exam. DO NOT GO TO MYEYEDR in WEST DUNDEE or anywhere they are horrible.
Appointment was for my son, we waited 30 minutes after appointment time to be called back to exam room. Total appointment time was 2 hours long! Way too long for an eye exam. We were forced to change from an independent eye dr to a chain eye dr because if insurance. It will be worth it to pay out of pocket for an independent dr. See ya My eye dr.
