This place by far has the worst customer service EVER. It has been a NIGHTMARE dealing with them. The Middletown, De manger horrible to work with! They just lost a long time customer!!!
I went to the store located in Frederick, MD. Gina and Rahanna were outstanding in their customer service and patience! And I got my glasses in less than a week and they fit like a dream the first time I put them on! I will be recommending them and this store to all my friends. Thank you!
Waited 45 minutes for the Dr in Beaver Falls Office. None of the office staff ever came in to explain why she was so late. So I got up and walked out. My time is valuable too

I went to the parole town center in Annapolis. I have had to have my computer glasses remade 2x, still not right. Dr. said a different material was used 1x instead of verilux, that I paid for. My everydays were remade 1x and are still off and need to be redone. Unacceptable.
I’ve been wearing corrective lenses for over thirty years and the care I receive at MyEyeDr. is far more thorough and educational than other practices. MyEyeDr also has a much larger selection of frames to choose from giving me a variety of options in all price ranges.
