I agree with others that have written a review. I had called to see if this group takes my insurance. Blue Cross community (medicaid) the person I spoke to verified my information and stated yes we take your insurance by the way I have a cancellation can you come in same day of course I said yes only to get a call 1 hour before my appointment stating we don't take your medicaid. You could improve by doing right by the clients you've already sold glasses to. Worst pair of glasses I have ever had! The staff does not know how to adjust them or repair them properly. The optician/ manager is just rude. Can't adjust glasses either and refused to do so. I will tell everyone I know NOT to go there. The one in Hampton, Va
Three attempts to get my glasses right, $300 (out of my pocket, not counting what insurance paid) and nothing to show for it at this point...wishing I had never bothered with an eye exam & prescription glasses at MyEyeDr!!! Getting more out of the $6.00 pair of readers bought at the dollar store! Never again!
The staff in Eden, NC is a joke. I had 2 kids and my hubby get eye exams and ordered Glasses. Hubby and son got their glasses but none for my daughter. Call after call told me they were coming. Finally we were told they were never ordered. Oops! So here’s to 3+months of waiting! And her original, correct pair still hasn’t came in. Her exam war on either late March or April!! Great customer service guys!!!
I was 'sold' glasses that I really didn't want and now you are not even willing to help me with a replacement. I accept responsibility as I should have been stronger in saying no, but your 'sales' person was adamant that I try the bi-focals, even though at least three times I requested just regular glasses. He never mentioned the 30 return time frame. I will not be back as a customer. More of a sales organization than a caring eye doctor office.
1 Star (and that’s being nice) Glasses broke after 6 months and local store wouldn’t repair, just wanted us to buy new frames. If you can’t sell a quality product at a minimum fix what you do sell. Very disappointed.
I was charged for a service I never received. They refuse to refund it but instead will price match contacts from somewhere else. Totally wrong!
