DO NOT GO HERE! After being misdiagnosed with the wrong contacts that should have never been recommended due to an allergic reaction, they were slow to fix the problem & refused to give anything to ease the side effects they created in the meantime to give any relief to the problem, after giving a follow up time several days after!
Never go here. My family has gone to the St. Charles Vision in Harahan, LA for 20 plus years and have had a wonderful relationship. Now they sold out to myeyedr . I have severed my relationship with the entire company. The staff is terrible and I am now going somewhere else. Typical local company selling out to big corporations! Money doesn't always win.
My wife and I have spent thousands of dollars on glasses from my eye doctor in Frederick and in Annapolis. This store is clearly way overworked and needs more staff and probably needs another store. I ordered a set of glasses back in June, they came in three weeks later incorrectly, they were re-ordered and were supposed to be in two weeks after that. As of this writing I still don’t have them. After repeatedly stating that I was nervous, and had not had an eye exam since I was 10yrs old, and was not familiar with the process I still have no idea what just happened. The doctor hardly said 10 words to me and I do not feel comfortable paying another 300+ dollars for glasses that I'm not even sure will help me. Left my appointment today very frustrated. Not sell my 70 year old mother glasses she doesn't need then tell her to buy other ones after she complains about the ones you sold her not working for her.
