They have about the worst customer service of any eye facility I have ever felt with. I deal with the Pooler Ga location. Shannon is the absolute worst employee there. Will lie to you and call you a liar to your face. Purchased the warranty for my sunglasses and can’t even get replacement lenses because the lab is competent enough to make them. Steer clear of this place at all cost. I will be in touch with Corporate about this issue.
when you sell cheap glasses at least have the courtesy to fix them. And get someone to answer the phone who has a clue

Dr Marley at Wilmington NC location at Mayfair was great, but after purchasing a pair of glasses I went to pick them up, the girl fitting them tried to get me to leave without even a adjustment, I told her they needed to be fitted around my ears to stop them from slipping, she messed with them 3 times and after I left, they started slipping right away, went back 20 minutes later and they told me to have a seat and someone will be with me as soon as possible, 10 minutes was long enough for me to decide to leave and never come... read more
False advertising....website says they take Medicaid. I scheduled appts over a week ago. Appts tomorrow...they call the day before to inform me they don’t take it. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.....
NEVER, EVER go to "myeyedr" in New Kensington, Pa. !!!!! All they will do is give you some reading glasses that are the same as you get at the Dollar Tree, only they will not charge your insurance $ 1 !!!!!!! I needed glasses to help me see distances, NOT to read fine print !!!!!! TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS !!!!!!!!!!!
they need to treat you the same if you buy glasses or not if you leave there without buying glasses they spit in your face wont give you any information that you pay for and want you to come down there so they can try to sell you glasses again! what a joke!
Never again will i go to another myeyedr...I went due to my drs. Transferring to one of their new offices. I have been twice waited twice the first time for over an hour and was rushed...eyes never dilated because they were rushing. Never ever again...
